Prepare your first controlled maritime AI use case
For maritime managers assessing where and how their team should start using AI.
Is this the right resource for you?
PDF and DOCX versions sometimes represent the same resource; 23 files does not mean 23 separate tools. The pack already includes implementation and output-review materials, so compare contents before adding another governance toolkit.
Supported capabilities
- Assess the opportunity alongside ownership and reviewer capacity
- Adapt working records instead of drafting every form from scratch
- Use the worked example to understand how the records support a review decision
Contents and formats
- Readiness evaluation, checklist and opportunity map
- Policy, risk register and starter implementation worksheet
- Usage log, output-review record and governance dashboard
- Management decision, due-diligence and reviewer records
- Deviation log, worked 30-day example and governance cross-reference
- 23 supplied files: nine PDFs, nine Word documents and five spreadsheets. PDF and Word versions may represent the same resource.
- Start guide. The pilot-feedback sheet is separate from the pack.
Supplied preview
Start with a blank briefing structure generated from generic approved material. Name the task owner and reviewer, define permitted inputs, and record what would justify continuing or stopping the trial.
This is a fictional illustration of the working approach, not a customer result.
The worked example follows one fictional AI use through the review process and summarises it across 30 days.
The dashboard calculates weekly and monthly summaries after users copy records into it. Records must be copied between the working files; the dashboard does not import them automatically.
How to use it
Review the contents and licence on the store page, then adapt the material to your task and company procedures. Assign a competent reviewer before using outputs in operational work.
These resources support preparation, training and human review. They do not provide certification, regulatory approval or a guaranteed audit or inspection outcome.
